Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining the core IT infrastructure for MICRO-EPSILON Optronic GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of high-precision optical sensors. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the company-wide IT environment, including the telephone system, client, and server landscapes. Daily tasks include the maintenance and expansion of organizational hardware and software, providing essential First-Level Support to employees for technical issues, and contributing to the creation and utilization of network structure documentation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong interest in informatics, possess logical and analytical thinking skills, and have foundational technical understanding of PC systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the MS Office suite is highly beneficial.
