Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Site Manager to take professional and organizational leadership of the on-site electrical team at the BMW Plant in Eisenach. The core responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing all electro-technical operations, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, managing team resources and scheduling, and acting as the primary communication interface with the client (BMW). Successful candidates must possess a completed electrical qualification, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician certification, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in technical facility management. Proficiency in project organization, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office are essential.
