In this critical role, you will assess supplier capabilities, audit Quality Management Systems, and lead cross-functional teams through rigorous Product and Process Qualification (PPQ) for commodity parts. You will be instrumental in integrating quality considerations into product development via design reviews and supporting strategic procurement planning by tracking project milestones and budgets. Success requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, extensive professional experience in supplier quality management related to MV and LV electrical systems, and deep knowledge of international standards like NEC, NFPA, IEEE, UL, and IEC. This position offers the opportunity to drive quality assurance on a global scale while contributing to the future of sustainable energy, requiring up to 35% domestic and international travel.
