Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role in Heide, near Hamburg, involves acting as the client representative and technical lead for municipal civil engineering projects. The core responsibilities include the comprehensive monitoring and control of public infrastructure, such as roads, paths, and parking facilities. Day-to-day tasks cover the full project lifecycle, including cost and quantity determination, contract awarding (Vergabe), construction supervision, final acceptance, and billing. The role also involves managing maintenance and upkeep for infrastructure and green spaces to enhance the city's quality of life. Candidates must possess a technical school degree, preferably specializing in Civil Engineering or Road Construction, or hold a Road Construction Master Craftsman certificate.
