Regional Manager East, Adult Education | Regionalleiter Ost (w/m/d) in der Erwachsenenbildung

Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position requires an experienced leader to take full P&L responsibility for the Eastern region of Germany, encompassing approximately 75 locations, 7 direct reports (executives), and 250 employees within a leading German coaching provider. The Regional Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and operational targets through strategic alignment of sales activities and effective leadership. Key daily tasks include the disciplinary and professional management, recruitment, and development of site executives, managing existing client relationships, and actively participating in industry networking to cultivate new business contacts. The role also involves driving the continuous development of organizational processes and quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree, strong business acumen, and multiple years of experience managing multi-site operations, preferably within the education or service sectors. This role offers the flexibility of 1 to 2 days per week working from a home office.
