Job Summary

This full-time role in Bremerhaven seeks a Master Electrical Technician to join a client in the vehicle manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the electrical engineering area, focusing on optimizing workflows and ensuring efficient, high-quality production. Key daily tasks include the installation, testing, and repair of electrical components and assemblies, meticulous wiring of control panels and driver stands according to technical specifications, and executing complex maintenance, retrofitting, and modernization measures. A core function is the technical leadership and targeted development of the team, alongside thorough documentation of all work performed for quality assurance. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with a Master qualification (Meister) or advanced Technician certification. This position offers an immediate start via temporary employment with a clear path to permanent takeover by the client.
