Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in 2nd Level Support, you will be instrumental in managing day-to-day IT operations and driving digital transformation. Key responsibilities include handling 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd level support tickets, managing employee onboarding/offboarding, and providing technical support for a range of hardware, including PCs, notebooks, monitors, and iPhones. You will also be responsible for device management using Intune for iOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices, account administration in Azure AD, and contributing to the Knowledge Base. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and professional experience in onsite or remote support. This full-time, permanent position offers structured working hours and a collaborative, international environment, with the potential for direct employment after an initial temporary contract.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT environment (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification/experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, preferably in Onsite Service, User Support, or 1st/2nd Level Support (Remote or Onsite)
  • Experience in Workplace Service with devices like PCs, Notebooks, and iPhones
  • Experience participating in IT projects such as rollouts with Multi-Factor Authentication
