Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager to oversee advanced Smart Building Solutions projects, moving beyond traditional building automation and control systems. You will be instrumental in creating sustainable and energy-saving buildings by integrating various technical trades and implementing intelligent data processing. Key responsibilities include defining project strategy, planning phases, coordinating technical details, and ensuring successful realization according to technical, economic, and time constraints. You will lead multiple small to medium-sized projects, provide technical guidance to your team, and serve as the primary interface for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors during implementation. Candidates must possess a technical degree or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience and excellent knowledge of building automation and comprehensive project management methodologies. Fluent proficiency in both German and English (C1 level) is mandatory for effective communication with international partners and local clients.
