As the Automation and AI Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the digitalization and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions within GTK Kröger, a leading tax consultancy specializing in E-commerce and digital business models. Your daily work involves collaborating closely with the Head of Automation & AI to define strategy and implementation plans. A core responsibility is the pragmatic automation of internal processes across various departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to data protection and compliance standards. You will be responsible for the development, introduction, and ongoing support of practical, real-world AI and workflow solutions. The ideal candidate brings prior experience managing or building RPA, workflow, or AI projects, coupled with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging new technologies within the tax consulting sector.
