Job Summary

This role seeks a seasoned and creative Software Lead Engineer focused on Industrial IT and automation solutions at the Mannheim location. The primary responsibilities include developing goal-oriented concepts for comprehensive software and automation solutions based on client requirements. A critical component of the job involves the continuous development and maintenance of the company's proprietary Process Control and Batch Systems (MES/PLS), utilizing expertise in Delphi and C#. You will also be responsible for developing new components, modules, and wizards, and porting existing Windows applications to diverse platforms such as Linux, Android, and HTML. The position requires high social competence for leading project teams and managing client support throughout the system lifecycle.
