Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in the maintenance, repair, and service of office printer systems across the Oberhausen, Dortmund, and Düsseldorf regions. The technician will travel to customer sites to perform technical troubleshooting, analyze complex malfunctions, and implement efficient solutions directly on-site. Key responsibilities also include integrating printing systems into existing IT infrastructures, configuring them according to client needs, and providing 2nd Level IT support. The successful candidate must have completed vocational training in IT or electronics (such as IT Systems Electronics or Mechatronics), possess strong technical understanding, and exhibit a professional, solution-oriented approach when interacting with customers.
