Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Scientist specializing in Conjugation and Purification, you will be instrumental in transferring new processes and technologies from development into manufacturing, while continuously improving existing process flows. Your day-to-day will involve communicating with clients, estimating production durations and material costs, and creating critical documentation like risk analyses and validation documents. You'll ensure strict adherence to GMP and EHS standards for new manufacturing facilities and processes, support production teams, create Master Batch Records, and manage deviations and changes. This role is attractive for its focus on cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing, offering a chance to directly impact the production of life-saving cancer treatments, and requires a proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Process Engineering, or a comparable field of study
Experience
- Initial experience in performing process steps for the production of antibody-drug conjugates
- Experience in conjugation, diafiltration, chromatography, and buffer preparation preferred
