Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and administration for small and medium-sized businesses in the Bad Kreuznach district. The specialist will be responsible for the personal support, administration, and maintenance of client and server systems, including handling hardware and software deployments, setup, and commissioning. Key daily tasks include telephone support for technical issues, managing data backup and recovery, and administering user accounts via Active Directory. A strong background in virtualized server infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V), various Windows operating systems (Client and Server), and Microsoft 365 products is essential. The position, available full-time or part-time, requires proficiency in both German and English, and includes maintaining and developing network infrastructure, VPN, and firewall systems, making it a critical position for maintaining operational continuity for clients.
