Job Summary

This role involves leading maintenance and renovation projects within existing and new buildings, focusing heavily on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology and Electrical Engineering. Key responsibilities include managing the renewal of MCR systems for climate control, updating Building Management System (BMS) software, implementing LED lighting conversions, and upgrading sub-distribution systems. The successful candidate will create service specifications, procure and manage external service providers, and handle performance acceptance and invoice approval. Qualifications require a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, potentially a Master Electrician certification, proven project leadership experience in MCR/BMS systems, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and a Class B driving license.
