Job Summary

The Laboratory Technician / Quality Control Tester is responsible for executing product-specific testing instructions and ensuring rigorous quality control throughout the production process. Key daily tasks include performing standardized tests, meticulously documenting the entire testing procedure, and managing customer complaints using the dedicated claims module. A crucial aspect of the role is the independent control and release of raw materials and finished product groups. Furthermore, the technician will conduct routine on-site fault analyses, utilizing established methodologies such as the Ishikawa diagram (Fishbone analysis) or general root cause analysis. Candidates must possess a completed technical or scientific degree, such as a Chemical or Materials Laboratory Technician qualification, coupled with good knowledge of common testing and measurement techniques. While initial professional experience in quality assurance is beneficial, the focus is on a careful, structured, and independent working style.
