Service Technician | Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the autonomous execution of internal and external commissioning and qualification of complex technical systems for international clients, primarily within the food processing industry. Day-to-day tasks include close coordination with internal departments, meticulous documentation of project progress, and identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software-related quality deviations and malfunctions. A key responsibility is training customers on system operation and handling. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in electrical or refrigeration technology (e.g., as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician), strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical and software issues, and excellent communication abilities. The position requires fluent German and good English skills, coupled with a very high willingness to travel internationally (up to 80%) to locations including Asia, Canada, and Australia.
