Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician to join a medical technology distribution and service company specializing in hospital and care equipment. The core mission involves the electro-technical and mechanical repair, maintenance, and mandatory inspection of innovative and high-quality medical devices, such as patient beds and transport couches, primarily within hospitals, clinics, and stationary care facilities in the Hesse region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of a large inventory of medical products (over 40,000 units). Key qualifications include formal training as a qualified electrician, mechanic, or installer, coupled with a strong customer focus, organizational skill, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience as a service or customer support technician is highly desirable.
