Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Systems Integration Specialist to join a successful team in Berlin, contributing significantly to the digitalization of education. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive technical support to school clients via phone and email, managing the entire lifecycle of IT issues from ticket resolution to on-site troubleshooting of hardware and software problems. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of school server solutions, including modules like Mobile Device Management (MDM) and mail services, alongside standard client and server hardware. A key component of the job is active customer engagement, requiring you to advise on IT concepts, implement solutions, and conduct training for customers and partners. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in System Integration and ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience, coupled with strong knowledge of IP networking, various operating systems (Microsoft, Linux/Ubuntu Server), and excellent customer service skills.
