Job Summary

This role involves meticulous handling and processing of highly sensitive forensic evidence, including the microscopic collection of skin flakes, and the extraction of genomic DNA using both manual and automated methods. The successful candidate will perform DNA quantification via quantitative real-time PCR, multiplex PCR for STR enrichment, and capillary electrophoresis, followed by software-supported analysis of electropherograms. Key responsibilities also include active participation in general laboratory organization, maintenance, and control tasks.
