Job Summary

This role seeks a chemically/technically trained professional to join the sales team as a Product and Process Specialist for AUWA Chemistry in the Northwest region of Germany (Bremen, Hamburg, Hanover). The specialist will ensure agreed-upon service levels for customers, supporting sales in complex cases, especially during system conversions and commissioning. Key responsibilities include acting as the operational interface between Development, Laboratory, and Sales, analyzing market trends, and deriving strategic insights. The role is heavily focused on technical expertise, requiring the specialist to conduct and document water analyses, coordinate customer complaints, and lead regular product and safety training for the sales team and customers. This position offers a chance to utilize technical expertise in a customer-facing, versatile environment within the global market leader for innovative car wash and care products, requiring a high degree of independence and travel readiness.
