Job Summary

This three-year fixed-term position, located in Bonn or Berlin, involves the administration and continuous development of central Media Asset Management (MAM) applications, including MediaLoopster, Sony Hive, and Mayam, within an editorial production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence, defining operational workflows, and actively participating in technical projects from the planning phase through implementation. A key part of the role is maintaining service quality, collaborating with end-users, and coordinating bug fixes and solutions with external 3rd Level Support providers. Candidates should have professional experience in IT, Media Technology, or System Administration, coupled with initial exposure to complex application systems. Basic knowledge of server operating systems and container technologies such as Docker Swarm or Kubernetes is required.
