Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Systems Integration Specialist for a client based in Saarlouis. This role focuses on ensuring seamless IT operations through the commissioning and maintenance of essential hardware and software infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT assets, handling repair processing (RMA) for hardware, setting up and relocating workstations, and maintaining Active Directory user accounts and permissions. A crucial part of the role involves providing basic IT training and identifying further training needs for clients. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, robust knowledge of Windows environments and Active Directory, and practical experience utilizing software distribution methods. Experience with Matrix42 products (Empirum, Silverback, Servicestore) is highly beneficial. This position offers an opportunity for direct takeover by the client following an initial temporary assignment, appealing to service-oriented professionals with strong analytical and communication skills.
