Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role as a Technical Property Supervisor in Augsburg focuses on the technical management and tenant support for residential and commercial units. The core responsibilities involve serving as the primary technical point of contact for tenants, proactively addressing their concerns, and ensuring fast, solution-oriented service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include independently conducting property viewings, as well as move-in and move-out inspections, and supporting commercial property managers with tenant issues. The supervisor is crucial for technical facility management, coordinating external contractors and craftsmen, ensuring compliance with maintenance intervals, and performing immediate minor repairs and hazard prevention measures. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical or trade qualification, experience in building management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in digital tools (iPad, Laptop).
