Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist will be a crucial part of the IT department, providing essential first-level support across various locations in Hamburg. This role involves managing IT incidents through a hotline and ticketing system, as well as the installation, setup, and maintenance of diverse IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, POS systems, mobile devices, and telephones. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation and may assist with IT projects. This position offers a chance to work independently within a supportive team, ensuring smooth IT operations for students and staff in a vibrant, service-oriented environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent professional experience/knowledge
Experience
- At least 2 years in First-Level IT Support
- Professional experience in IT support (for career changers)

- Driving License Class B and willingness to travel to various company locations using a company vehicle
