Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual passionate about solving IT problems in a dynamic, full-time environment in Freising. The Onsite Supporter will be responsible for providing comprehensive deskside support, addressing all aspects of the user workspace. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, coordinating manufacturer support deployments (e.g., Dell/Lenovo), and installing/replacing hardware components for client PCs, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals. The successful candidate must possess secure handling of IT equipment, excellent knowledge of Office installation and basic setup, and foundational networking skills. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement. This position offers an unlimited contract and the chance to work within a global network, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while providing essential end-user instruction.
