Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled Software Developer specializing in the creation and enhancement of realistic vehicle simulators within virtual environments. The core responsibilities involve developing complex software components that accurately model vehicle physics, characteristics, and interactions with a virtual world. Key tasks include the further development of existing simulators, integration and coordination with engine and vehicle development teams, and comprehensive software documentation and maintenance. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related scientific field and demonstrate proficiency in C++ programming, utilizing frameworks like Qt and STL, and handling Multithreading/Multicore concepts. Essential experience includes developing commercial software products for both Windows and Linux, expertise in distributed systems, and familiarity with 3D Engines such as Unreal or Unity. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge training simulation technology for heavy land vehicles, starting as a fixed-term contract with a strong prospect of permanent employment with the client company.
