Job Summary

As the Head of Operations for KIDICAP Services, you will lead and manage the operations in Bielefeld, ensuring disciplinary and organizational steering. A key part of your role involves coaching and expanding reporting teams, including international colleagues, while establishing effective communication and meeting structures. You will collaborate with the customer service management team to represent KIDICAP clients and drive projects to successful completion, on time and within budget. This role requires proactive management of new service modules and innovative approaches within KIDICAP Administration Services, along with responsibility for service-specific controlling, reporting, budget, and forecasting. You will also actively support sales activities for new and existing clients, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the KIDICAP business unit. This position offers significant responsibility and the chance to shape the future of a key service area within a leading BPO provider.
