Job Summary

This role as Manager, Global Operational Resilience involves joining the Global Security & Protection Team to significantly enhance the company's preparedness against business disruptions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Business Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management initiatives globally. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and maintaining BC/ERP methodologies, supporting international sites in developing response plans, conducting Business Impact Analyses, and coordinating proactive measures through simulations and exercises. You will also provide critical support to response teams during live events and ensure continuous process improvement by capturing lessons learned. Key requirements include a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least two years of professional experience in business continuity or crisis management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or technology sectors. This position offers the chance to manage vital global resilience projects and foster a robust, cross-departmental culture of preparedness.
