Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Technical Facility Manager to join the team in Freiburg im Breisgau. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for clients, taking full responsibility for technical building management and ensuring services are delivered in compliance with contractual agreements. Day-to-day duties involve planning and controlling maintenance, monitoring legal inspection deadlines, managing warranty claims, and preparing detailed quotes for both standard and additional services. A key component of the role is personnel leadership, including team deployment planning and development, as well as coordinating and managing subcontractors through tendering, awarding, and acceptance processes. Candidates must possess a relevant technical or commercial qualification (e.g., Facility Management or Building Services) and demonstrable professional experience in technical facility management. Strong German language skills and a Class B driver's license are essential for this secure, challenging, and permanent position, which also includes a company car with private use.
