The specialist will be instrumental in building and operating the IFS application, with a particular focus on modules like IFS-FSM (Order Management), IFS-PSO (Planning and Optimization), and IFS-MWM (Mobile Workforce Management). Day-to-day tasks include translating business requirements into functional solutions, providing 2nd-level support, managing IFS support requests, and training users. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of field service processes and experience with large enterprise applications, who thrives in an agile, cross-functional team environment in Berlin.
