The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive technical consultation and support for customers utilizing internet, TV, mobile, and telephony services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed error analyses for connectivity issues, assisting customers with the setup and configuration of routers and end devices, and efficiently processing and closing customer cases. A crucial element of the position is coordinating appointments with external service technicians to resolve complex issues. Candidates must possess a relevant vocational qualification (such as IT Systems Management Clerk or Office Management Clerk with technical experience) and demonstrate a strong technical understanding of IT, telecommunications, or electronics. Required Skills
