This senior leadership role requires managing and strategically advancing the Central Quality Management (QM) department within a successful social and healthcare organization. The Head of Central Quality Management will be responsible for the operative leadership of the QM team, ensuring the system's realignment and continuous development based on DIN EN ISO 9001 standards. Key responsibilities include integrating clinical risk management with QM processes, driving the digitalization of QM procedures (such as digital audit planning and electronic document control), and overseeing all internal and external audits and certification processes. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree (Health, Economics, or Sciences) and substantial professional experience in QM, preferably in a leadership capacity within the healthcare sector.
