Job Summary
As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering client success by analyzing their needs, developing tailored strategies, and guiding them towards sustainable growth and innovation. This role involves acting as a key consultant for existing and potential clients, presenting software solutions, identifying project potential, and crafting proposals for mid-sized and enterprise segments. You will manage client relationships beyond contract signing, ensuring successful project implementation and continuous identification of new opportunities. Collaboration with the Customer Engagement Team, Marketing, and Management is crucial. The ideal candidate will leverage their network in the Microsoft ecosystem, monitor market trends to inform product strategies, and professionally represent the company at various events.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration or IT, or relevant vocational training
Experience
- Practical experience in consulting IT services with a focus on Microsoft projects
- Deep experience with Microsoft products (Cloud, Azure, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience building a personal network in the Microsoft environment
- Professional experience in customer engagement and service
