Job Summary
This role involves critical maintenance and commissioning tasks for 110/20 kV transformers within substations, often collaborating with external service providers. Key daily activities include performing maintenance, measurements on transformer bushings, and executing repairs on local network transformers (20/0.4 kV) and on-load tap changers (OLTC) for 110/20 kV units. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, conducting oil sampling for gas chromatographic analysis, and performing assembly work across substations and power plants throughout Lower Austria. A successful candidate must possess a completed apprenticeship or master qualification in Electrical Engineering, relevant professional experience, strong technical understanding, and fluency in German. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract starting immediately, requiring travel within Lower Austria.
