Job Summary

This role within the Factory & Tools team focuses on developing and maintaining critical tools that power Firmware development and factory workflows, translating conceptual ideas into reliable, day-to-day solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting the Product Owner with discovery and prioritization, collaborating with external partners on factory test tools, and analyzing KPIs to implement data-driven improvements. A significant part of the job involves growing the hardware-in-the-loop setup for Firmware CI/CD, implementing creative test approaches to boost quality, and maintaining test infrastructure that validates tracker performance. Candidates must possess basic proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash, strong foundational problem-solving skills across the hardware, firmware, and factory test software stack, and a basic grasp of agile practices, Git, and software quality.
