Job Summary

This crucial role involves coordinating and overseeing the technical aspects of major construction projects for the Projectgesellschaft Württembergische Staatstheater Stuttgart (ProWST), focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Cooling (HLSK/HVAC) systems. The coordinator acts on the client side, managing all project phases, ensuring technical quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of the building services. Day-to-day tasks include steering external planners and specialized engineers, participating in project meetings, drafting and reviewing technical specifications, and managing invoice and change order verification. The position requires a background in Supply Engineering or Building Services and experience in technical building equipment (TGA), ideally within client-side project management.
