Furthermore, the Senior Supervisor will be responsible for mentoring and qualifying junior staff. Required qualifications include a university degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering and the mandatory certification as a Rail Construction Supervisor (VV BAU-STE or VV BAU), coupled with proven professional experience in construction supervision within the rail sector.
