Job Summary
This Senior Sales Manager role is responsible for driving the entire B2B sales cycle, from initial contact and solution presentations through to successful contract closure. Key daily tasks include the strategic management and development of existing clients (Farming) through cross- and upselling, combined with proactive new customer acquisition (Hunting) via telephone, events, and social selling. The manager will focus on selling complex solution portfolios in telecommunications, data networks, and IT security, requiring a strong technical understanding of modern IT/TK landscapes. Success in this role demands several years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the IT or telecom sector, and the ability to communicate effectively at the decision-maker level.
