Job Summary
This Field Sales Engineer role focuses on driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the designated territory (Leipzig/Halle/Magdeburg region). Day-to-day, you will be responsible for comprehensive customer consultation, analyzing client needs, and developing tailored technical solutions for specialized areas like grain cooling, crane air conditioning, and heat pump technology. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial consultation and creating customized offers to negotiating prices and finalizing contracts. A key part of the role is proactive market development, identifying new business opportunities, and actively acquiring new customers while maintaining strong, lasting relationships. Furthermore, you will represent the company's innovative solutions at industry trade fairs and events, requiring close collaboration with the internal technical teams to ensure optimal implementation of customer requirements. The position requires a university degree in Engineering Sciences and extensive experience selling technical products in an international environment.
