Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist ready to take the next step in their career, joining accompio, a dynamic IT group focused on digitalization, Cloud, DevOps, and Cyber Security. Based in Kempten or Lindau, you will be crucial in managing the Service Desk, primarily qualifying and handling incoming support inquiries, both technically and organizationally. Day-to-day tasks include executing standard changes according to defined processes, resolving simple incidents independently, and escalating complex issues to specialized departments. You will also monitor IT systems and ensure clear, service-oriented documentation within the ticketing system. Key qualifications include a completed IT education (such as an IT Specialist), initial Service Desk experience, and a strong technical grasp of IT infrastructure elements like virtualization, backup, monitoring, and Windows Servers. Familiarity with ITIL processes is essential. Education
