Job Summary

As the Technical Operations Manager for the Freiburg location, you will be the lead expert in electrical engineering, overseeing the technical implementation of projects on construction sites and providing expert guidance to installation teams. Your role involves reviewing and approving grid compatibility applications and completion notifications for grid operators, ensuring compliance with current legal frameworks and standards, and implementing necessary changes within the company. You will also be responsible for upholding technical guidelines and work instructions during system installations. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician with a master craftsman certificate or TREI certification, who has a strong background in energy and building technology, particularly with photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and charging infrastructure, and ideally some team leadership experience. You will contribute directly to the energy and mobility transition, working within a dynamic team with transparent communication and short decision-making processes.
