Job Summary
This Facility Coordinator role involves taking full operational responsibility for assigned buildings, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operation. Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing external service partners to meet quality standards and timelines, acting as the primary on-site contact for customers and users, and managing highly complex technical systems. The coordinator will also implement energy management strategies, ensure traffic safety obligations are met, and maintain detailed technical and commercial documentation for quality management and audits. Furthermore, the role involves participating in vulnerability analysis and implementing resulting optimization measures. Candidates must possess a technical background, such as completed vocational technical training in HVAC or Electrical Engineering, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman/Technician certification or a relevant degree in Facility or Real Estate Management. Success in this position requires a high degree of self-organization, commitment, and initial professional experience in cross-disciplinary facility management, utilizing standard IT applications like MS Office and SAP.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational technical training in HVAC or Electrical Engineering, preferably supplemented by Master Craftsman/Technician certification, or a degree/Specialist qualification in Facility Management or Real Estate Management.
