Job Summary

This role supports the Real Estate Department of the City of Halle (Saale) by executing specialized investment controlling tasks, focusing on large-scale municipal investment programs, such as the fundamental school construction initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing investments, aligning objectives with planning teams, creating investment goals, and performing detailed cost-benefit and variance analyses. The specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a key performance indicator (KPI) system and developing continuous financial reporting, including risk assessments and forecasting for investment measures. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Economic Sciences, or an equivalent advanced qualification (e.g., Certified Administrative Business Economist).
