The specialist is also responsible for the critical logistics chain, including organizing and providing necessary tools, spare parts, and materials to maintain operational readiness. Furthermore, this position serves as the key point of contact for both service technicians and external customers, offering essential technical support related to deployment planning. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant commercial or technical vocational qualification and demonstrate proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling is highly desirable, coupled with excellent communication, conflict resolution skills, and a structured, independent approach to complex planning tasks.
