Job Summary

This hybrid role requires a professional to dedicate 60% of their time to strategic process ownership and 40% to operational procurement within a leading medical technology company. The Process Owner will hold end-to-end responsibility for the Source-to-Pay process implemented in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, managing requirements via Azure DevOps (User Stories, testing, releases), defining KPIs using Power BI, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards. Operationally, the role focuses on Indirect Purchasing, specifically MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations). Key tasks include strategic purchasing analysis (spend, commodity groups), budget control, managing supplier relationships, and leading contract negotiations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, expertise in process optimization and digitalization, and fluency in German, contributing directly to the success of life-saving medical devices.
