Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineering Specialist to take charge of electrical systems within building technical facilities in Munich. The successful candidate will act as a Team Leader, responsible for creating weekly schedules for staff, ensuring smooth operations, and promptly addressing and resolving system malfunctions. A core component of the role involves operating complex building management systems and compiling detailed reports and analyses for weekly presentation to the client. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, evidenced by a qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer, coupled with proven experience leading a team. Expertise in building technology, including Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology, along with comprehensive knowledge of relevant electrical regulations and ordinances, is highly desirable.
