Job Summary

This role is ideal for a qualified Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA eager to contribute to the Research & Development of catalysts and process additives at TIB Chemicals AG in Mannheim. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the synthesis and analysis of (metal-)organic compounds on a laboratory scale, investigating their catalytic activity, and optimizing synthesis routes. A critical part of the job is collaborating with production teams to successfully transfer optimized lab routes into full production scale and improving existing manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for quality control of products and meticulous documentation of all results. Candidates must possess completed training in chemical laboratory work, professional R&D experience, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data evaluation), and familiarity with ERP systems.
