Job Summary
This permanent, full-time position as Head of Administration is crucial for the North Black Forest Regional Association, a public body focused on regional planning and development in the Pforzheim region. The role encompasses comprehensive administrative leadership, focusing heavily on financial and personnel management. Key responsibilities include drafting and executing the budget, preparing annual accounts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing personnel administration (excluding payroll). The successful candidate will also manage legal matters concerning the administration, draft official instructions, and prepare essential documents and statutes for the association’s committees. Applicants must hold a university degree in Public Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field, possess strong knowledge of administrative law and public sector operations, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. The position offers stable employment under the TVöD pay scale (E12), flexible working hours, and the option for remote work within a collaborative team environment.
