Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Specialist focused on System Integration to join a renowned client in Dortmund on a long-term, full-time basis. The primary responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and maintaining both hardware (PCs, workstations, telecommunication systems) and software, ensuring compliance with operational standards. Key tasks include planning and implementing new IT systems and networks, performing modifications and upgrades, and developing user-specific solutions like macros or database queries. A crucial aspect of the job is providing expert IT support by analyzing and resolving user problems, system errors, and program faults, often through a hotline, hardware replacement, or software adjustments. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT Specialist qualification and possesses good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
