Job Summary

This dual-role position involves acting as the primary Service Coordinator and Account Manager for national and international clients utilizing specialized environmental monitoring systems for airports. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively addressing customer inquiries, analyzing technical problems, and coordinating effective solutions across IT, technical, and development teams. You will be responsible for organizing and tracking all maintenance schedules, spare parts logistics, repairs, and system updates, ensuring continuous system operation. The ideal candidate must possess a technical or commercial background with an IT focus, such as System Integration or Electrical Engineering. Success requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational talent, a high sense of responsibility, and a technical understanding of networked systems (hardware, software, communication). Good written and spoken English is essential for managing the international client base. This permanent position offers 30 days of vacation and flexible remote work options.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical or commercial vocational training/degree with an IT focus (e.g., System Integration, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or similar)

Experience
